This machine is heat sealing and perforation for bag rewinding, which are suit for printing and non-printing bag making. 2lines machine suit for HDPE materials rewind , 1 line machine suit for producing HDPE, LDPE, Biodegradable and recycle materials.

HSVZ-C machine is star sealing and bottom sealing multi-function bag on roll making machine.

1. When producing the star sealing garbage bags, don’t go through the C-folding working station. (Film Unwinding→V-folding → Star Sealing& Perforating→ Rewinding). When make 2 lines, should to change the V-folding device that is 2 lines

2. When producing the bottom sealing bags, don’t go through the V-folding working station. (Film Unwinding →Bottom Sealing& Perforating→C-folding→ Rewinding). When make 2 lines only need adjust the C-folding device position.

3. When producing the table cover, don’t go through V-fold and C-fold working station, and turn off the temperature controller. (Film Unwinding → Perforating→ Rewinding)
